Make sure the loops face toward the middle embroidery. A backing was cut to the same size as the front and pinned on top of the front, right sides together. Stitch entirely around all layers using a 1/2″ to 5/8″ seam allowance. Carefully clip a “Y” shape in the middle of the back panel of the wall hanging.
